- Add water in a cooker and add all the vegetables. I’ve cooked potatoes and capsicum in a different cooker but you can cook everything together. Add 1 tsp haldi, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pav bhaji masala. Take 6-7 whistles.
- Let the mix cool down and mash it.
- In a pan add oil and ghee. Add in the tomato paste and cook till oil separates.
- Add onion and garlic paste and cook till oil separates.
- Add pav bhaji masala and cook for a minute. You can adjust the taste later.
- Add the mashed vegetables. And cook. Add salt and adjust bhaji masala acc to your taste. Add water to adjust the consistency.
- Add chopped coriander and it's ready.
- Serve hot. You can serve it with pav, parantha, chapati, bread anything.
