  1. First, mashed the boiled potatoes with a fork / potato masher. Now let it cool down a bit. Now Grate the beets and paneer in a dish..Now take some oil in a pan, add ginger chilli, garlic paste & saute, till you get a light aroma. Now Into this add the grated beetroot, paneer and saute well. Now add the mashed potatoes and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.

Now add amchoor powder, roasted finely chooped cashew, garam masala,cumin seed, fennel seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric, chaat masala, finely chopped green chillies, mix properly, add spices masala if needed And when everything is mixed properly, turn off the gas after a while.Now let this cool down, now take some portion of mixture in palm and make 7 to 8 medium cutlet balls/rolls.   3. In a separate bowl, take 2 tsp of flour and mix it with a little water to get a thin white paste. It shouldn’t be too thick. Roll each ball into the batter and then roll them in bread crumbs.once your done., again Roll each ball into the batter and then roll them in bread crumbs.
