- Half cup yoghurt
- 1 cup oil

- 1 tablespoon oil

- Take a bowl for batter. Add Suji, Besan, yoghurt, oil, salt and mix well.
- For Beetroot puree.. take beetroot, green chillies and ginger and grind it into paste.
- Mix this puree into the batter and mix well and keep it aside for at least 30 mins.
- After 30 mins keep pan kadhai or dhokla maker. Add water and keep for steaming. Grease the thali or pan in which you want to make Dhoklas.
- Now adjust the consistency of batter. Add water if needed. Take eno pouch mix eno and whisk well. Pour the batter into greased thali or pan.
- And put it for steaming.
- Check after 10 to 12 mins. Insert toothpick to check. If it comes out clean then Dhoklas aur done. Otherwise keep for 5 mins. When done switch off the gas and let it cool.
- Now for tempering.. add oil. When it's hot add mustard seeds, green chillies, til and curry patta.
- Serve with chutney.
