- Add curd,kasuri methi, salt and beetroot puree and knead to a tight dough.



- Make lemon size balls and roll into small puris and deep fry in oil.



- Drain with a slotted spoon and fry all puris.


- Wash peel and cube all the potatoes and add the tomato,onion, green chillies, salt, turmeric and garlic and put water and cook till done. Take oil in a pan and fry cashews and keep aside. In the same oil crackle the mustard seeds.



- Put cumin seeds, curry leaves and red chilli and saute on low flame.



- Put green peas and cook till done. pour int he cooked potatoes and mix well and cook till well mixed. top with cashews..
