  3. 1 chopped onion
  4. 1 spoon ginger garlic paste
  5. 1/4 spoon turmericpowder
  6. 1 spoon red chilli powder
  7. 2 spoon pav bhaji masala
  8. 2 spoon green coriander leaves
  9. 2 tomato chooped
  10. 1 carrot chhoped
  11. 10 florets cauliflower
  12. 3 spoon green peas
  13. 1/2 capsicum chopped
  14. 1/2 beetroot chopped
  15. 2 potetoes cut into cubes
  16. 11/2 cup water
  17. as per taste Salt
  18. 1/2 spoon garam masala powder

Steps to make to make Beetroot Pav Bhaji

  1. Firstly in cooker heat butter oil add onion saute add ginger garlic paste saute add turmeric powder red chilli powder
  2. Pav bhaji masala add tometoes saute till tometoes are soft and mushy add carrots cauliflower capsicum beetroot potatoes saute until aromatic
  3. Add water adjust to your liking little thick or runny add salt cover pressure cooker and make 6-7 whistles. Once pressure relief mash all veggies with masher.
  4. Mix all well get bhaji boil add garam masala powder add green coriander leaves
    Your healthy beetroot pav bhaji ready to serve.
  5. For pav -
    Take 2 pav slit in center applay butter from all side and roast on tawa.
    Roast all pav.
  6. Serve pav bhaji with chopped onion lemon piece and roasted pav.
